1. Specifications:
Our brown fused aluminaal2o3contains High TiO2 which makes it an extremely durable, could also be used in Ceramic except normal usage.
Brown fused aluminaal2o3are the perfect material specifically manufactured to be used for general abrasive applications in bonded abrasive tools, and lapping and polishing processes. While aluminum oxide has lower hardness and abrasive capacity than diamond, boron carbide, and silicon carbide, it is widely used for grinding ferrous materials, finishing tough and hard materials, filling up ceramic parts when the processing cost is important.

4. Processing technic
Air crush with the lowest bulk density, the shape of the material sharp
Ball milling with the middle bulk density, the shape of the material between sharp and cube.
Bamark with the highest bulk density, the shape of the material cube and circle.
5. Sieves using in processing
Tianlong's BFA is under the standard of FEPA, GB, JISR, ANSI.
Generally, we use 5 sieves for sieving the material.
And also can customize the sieving method for customers' special request.
